How to make Barbeque Chicken- Old Indian Kitchen.

          We often go to restaurants to celebrate the special events of our life. Yeah its amazing,first time I have tasted these BBQ starters in a restaurant and fall in love with them.
     After that,we started preparing BBQ chicken, fish, paneer at our home and its not very tough. In long weekends just invite your family friends for party 😉😉 and enjoy your dinner in the rooftop with BBQ chickens and many more.


    You need the following arrangement for BBQ chicken


  • Easiest things to get a iron tagari from a hardware shop or get clay flower tub of 1 feet diameter.
  • charcoal
  • Scrap wood
  • Barbeque stand or equivalent iron rods  or stainless steel wire roaster

Ingredients:

  • Chicken with big/ medium pieces 1 kg
  • Curd or Honey
  • Onions paste 
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Pepper powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Squeezed lemon
  • Mustard oil 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt

  1. Wash the chicken pieces.
  2. Marinate  chickens with curd or honey 3 tbsp and add onions paste 3 tbsp, ginger garlic 2 tbsp,pepper powder 2 tbsp, cumin powder 1 tbsp ,lemon 1 tbsp ,salt for taste.
  3. Mix them well and add mustard oil 1/2 tbsp for extra moisture.
  4. Keep the chickens in refrigerator for 45 minutes. 
  5. Now make the fire using the scrap wood.
  6. Once the fire is warm, add the charcoal.
  7. Put the barbeque sticks  or roaster such that chicken can be put on top.
  8. Control the fire such that it is nice and small just touching the sticks or roaster.
  9. If you feel heat is less, add charcoal and blow it so that heat can be increased.
  10. Every 10 minutes roll the chicken to the other side.
  11. After 40 to 50 minutes,BBQ chicken will be ready.
  12. Serve hot with mayonnaise and enjoy.

We are using some basic ingredients in almost all the recipes. Here, we will try to mention all the benefits of each ingredient.
