How To cook mustard chicken - Old Indian Kitchen

Mustard Chicken is very yummy dish.🍗🍗- Old Indian Kitchen.  

                                          Good evening all.Welcome to Old Indian kitchen cooking.
Learn how to make mustard chicken with the easy steps below:
Ingredients:
  1. 1/2 kg chicken
  2. raw ginger 1/2tbsp
  3. raw garlic 3tbsp
  4. chop onions(2)
  5. chilly 2
  6. Freshly grind mustard seeds dry powder 5tbsp.

step 1: Heat 5tbsp mustard oil on Karahi(circular deep cooking pot)step 2: Fry all the ginger, garlic, chilly and onions together in low heat until color changesstep 3: Add 1tbs turmeric powder and 3tbs mustard powder and fry in low heatstep 4: Now its time to add chickens to the masala and frystep 5: Add salt and remaining mustard powder to chickenstep 6: After 40 minutes cooked,mustard chicken is ready to eat.
