How to make sweet Malpuwa - Old Indian Kitchen



Hello everyone, hope you are doing good. Today we are going to learn the easiest and a quick recipe "Sweet Malpuwa". It is an old Indian food, so we can call it as "Granny's Malpuwa". It is one the best dishes for breakfast time or evening snacks.

"If fresh hot tasty snacks can be ready in 10 minutes, why should we go for ready made one" - Lets make it and enjoy it.

Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour/ Maida 100 grams.
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Milk/ water 
  • Oil 

Recipe:

  1. Take one bowl and add the maida and sugar.
  2. Mix them well.
  3. Now add milk or water to make the batter.
  4. Try to make a semi watery paste.
  5. Now heat 5 tbsp of vegetable oil in a deep cooking pot.
  6. Decrease the heat.
  7. Put 2 tbsp of batter in the oil to make each malpuwa.

  8. After 1 minute, turn it back.

  9. Allow it to deep fry (both sides) in the oil.

  10. Take out it from the oil properly and put it on a plate.

  11. In the same way, make the other malpuwas. It is very easy and less time consuming.
