Preparation Time: 4 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- Sweet corn kernels 200 grams.
- Onion cubes 50 grams.
- Chaat masala 1/2 tbsp
- Salt.
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
Recipe:
- Boil the sweet corn kernels, I am using pressure cooker to boil the corns.
- Add the corns with water and salt and allow 1 whistle in pressure cooker.
- Now drain the water perfectly.
- Heat oil in a deep cooking pot.
- Add onions and fry for 1 minute.
- Now, add the corns.
- Fry and mix with onions.
- Add salt.
- Fry for 15 minutes, until they become crispy.
- Saute them repeatedly to avoid burning.
- Mix chaat masala for extra taste.
- Serve it hot as an evening snacks or as a part of main course.
