Welcome back to your Old Indian Kitchen.

Today we are going to prepare a healthy salad named "Orange salad". It is a very simple recipe, I learned it from my in laws family.

Orange itself is a very healthy and tasty fruit, it contains a large number of  vitamin C, A, Potassium, Calcium etc. We can make many different mix salads by using oranges, it gives a good flavor and taste to your dish.

My today's recipe is a simple orange salad, we are not going to mix it with any other salad.
Hope you will enjoy it. Its only orange orange salad which will help you to increase your appetite.😋

Ingredients:

    nagpur orange
  • Fresh Oranges 2.
  • Salt for your taste.
  • Chili
  • Mustard oil

Recipe:

  1. Peel the oranges.
  2. Pith the oranges perfectly.
  3. Make small pieces of the oranges.
  4. Put it on a bowl.
  5. Take 2 green chilies.
  6. Chop them well.
  7. Add the chilies.
  8. Add salt for taste.
  9. Add 1 tbsp of mustard oil.
  10. Mix them well and serve it at lunch time.
