💓Evenings are so beautiful,they become more remarkable when we have something  special.Yes, today I am going to share one special dish name "Tofu Starter".You can cook this recipe for your dear one and make your evening more colorful.
                    Sometime doing something for your dear one gives you satisfaction.Satisfaction becomes  sweet feelings when your dish, your effort  make  you happy.😋

Ingredients:

  • Tofu 50 grams
  • Corn flour/Custard powder 
  • Cumin seed 1 tbsp
  • Red Capsicum 
  • Yellow Capsicum
  • Green Capsicum
  • Onions
  • Refine oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Tomato sauce
  • Salt

Preparation and cooking steps:

  1. Cut the tofu into cube pieces.
  2. Prepare one semi liquid paste with corn flour,cumin seed and a little salt.
  3. Marinate tofu cubes with the paste.
  4. Now heat 5 tbsp of refine oil in the cooking pan.
  5. Fry all the cubes (both side) for 3 minutes and take out in a bowl.
  6. Meanwhile, cut all the capsicum and onions into medium pieces.
  7. Heat oil in deep cooking pot, fry all the capsicum,onions for 1 minute.
  8. Take out all the fries in a plate.
  9. Now again heat 1 tbsp of  oil in frying pan and 1 tbsp of onions (small pieces).
  10. Fry the onions for 45 seconds and add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp of tomato sauce.
  11. Mix them well and now add all the fried tofu cubes to the pan.
  12. Mix them properly and now add the remaining corn flour liquid.
  13. At last add all the fried capsicums and onions.
  14. Add salt for taste,mix all with ladle for 3 minutes in low heat.
  15. The beautiful hot dish is ready, serve hot.
