How to prepare Rasmalai at our home - Old Indian Kitchen
Welcome back guys.
Rasmalai is a creamy juicy dessert from old Indian kitchen. Among all the sweets, I consider it as the queen.
My sister always cooks something special for me. Today I am going to share my siso's rasmalai recipe which is very simple and delicious. She prepares this only for me😊.

Ingredients:
For the balls:
- Dry milk powder 200 grams.
- Egg whites.
- Backing powder 1 tsp.
For the liquid syrup:
- Milk 1 litter.
- Cardamom powder 1 tbsp/ Whole cardamom 3
- Sugar 30 grams.
- Saffron (optional)
- Almond slice/ pistachios slice 2 tbsp
Recipe:
- Beat two eggs and collect the whites in a bowl.
- Now make a smooth dough using milk powder, backing powder and egg whites.
- Once dough is ready, make small round/flat pea sized balls.
- Meanwhile boil the liquid milk in a low heat and stir contentiously.
- Add the split cardamom or cardamom powder.
- If you have saffron at home, then add a 1/4 tsp of saffron to the milk.
- Add the sugar and stir them well.
- Add the milk balls.
- Allow them to boil for 5 minutes in low heat.
- Turn of the heat and garnish the dish with almond/ pistachios slice.
- Allow them to cool in room temperature.
- Serve it cool.

Garlic benefits: 1.Garlic is a natural blood purifier. 2.Garlic is good for reliefing cold and flu. 3.Garlic and mustard oil hot mixer is very good for massage. 4.It is very good for high blood pressure. 5.Garlic can prevent heart disease. 6.Garlic may help you live longer. Pach Phoron and benefits: Panch Phoron is a combination of five spices in a equal amount, named fenugreek seed, nigella seed or kalonji, cumin seed, black mustard seed and fennel seed.
