Hello guys, welcome back to your old Indian kitchen.

Today we are going make a very unique and tasty dish "Apricot dessert". This is my own creative recipe, me and my family have already enjoyed a lot with this beautiful dessert. Hope you too find it the best.

Ingredients:

  • Dry Apricot 50 grams.
  • Milk 200 ml.
  • Condensed milk 4 tbsp.
  • Fried Cashew 3 pieces.
  • Grate beetroot 1 tbsp.
  • Grate carrot 1 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
  • cinnamon 1/2 inch
  • Split cardamom 1. 

Recipe:

  1. Wash and clean the apricots.

  2. Make medium pieces.

    Apricot pieces with grate carrot, beet root
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in cooking pot and add the cardamom, cinnamon.
  4. Next add the apricots and stir them for 2 minutes in low heat.

  5. Add the milk and continuously stir them.

  6. Add the grate carrot and beetroot, it will give a nice color to the dish.

  7. Add the condensed milk and stir them well.
  8. Dry out the milk.
  9. Your beautiful dessert is ready in 15 minutes, it tastes awesome.

  10. Garnish it with fried cashew and serve it warm.

Pach Phoron and benefits:
 Panch Phoron is a combination of five spices in a equal amount, named fenugreek seed, nigella seed or kalonji, cumin seed, black mustard seed and fennel seed.

2.It very easy to use pach phoron in preparing lenthils.
3.It will satisy your taste because all the seeds have different, nice flavour.
4.It is usefull in preparing pickles.
