How to use black sesame seed in food? black sesame seed or kala til is a nutrient-rich seed, it gives a lot of benefits to your hair, skin, body. It is an anti-aging seed which also helps us in making great taste in various dishes.

Its wonderful when both taste and health come together in one single dish. Today, we are going to make chicken with sesame seed.

Sesame black Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Fresh cleaned  chicken 400 grams.
  • Black Sesame seeds 10 grams.
  • Fresh garlic cloves 10.
  • Fresh ginger 1/2 inch
  • Fresh onion 1 big size.
  • Mustard oil 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tbsp.
  • Salt.
  • Green chili 2.
  • One bay leaf (optional)

Recipe:

  1. First heat one pan and decrease the heat.
  2. Add the black sesame seeds and roast all for 3 minutes without burning.
  3. Grind all for 4 minutes and make a smooth sesame powder.
  4. Now your next job -- peel and wash the onion, garlic, ginger and chop them in small pieces.
  5. Heat oil in deep cooking pot.
  6. Add the bay leaf, onion, ginger and garlic.
  7. Fry them well.
  8. Add 2 tbsp of sesame powder and 1 tbsp of turmeric powder.
  9. Add the chickens and mix them well.
  10. Add salt and mix well, cover them.
  11. Check repeatedly and apply sesame powder 1 tbsp.
  12. Allow them to cook properly, if dish become soft, then add 2 cups of warm water.
  13. Allow whole dish to boil for 10 minutes.
  14. Turn off the dish and garnish the chicken gravy 1/2 tbsp of sesame powder.
  15. Serve it with steam rice or luchi.
