How to make Egg Pyaza - Old Indian Kitchen


Welcome back to your Old Indian Kitchen.



Today we are going to make a very simple traditional egg curry. It is a very delicious dish and less time consuming, also it requires very few ingredients.

So its an advantage, if your kitchen has not enough things to cook, you can make this and enjoy a lot.

Simple easy egg curry Old Indian Kitchen


Ingredients:

  • Boiled and peeled egg 2.
  • Onions slices (using medium sized onion 2)
  • Chili 2.
  • Salt
  • Turmeric.
  • Oil 2 tbsp.
  • Cumin powder.
  • Fresh crunched  mixer of 4 cloves, 3 cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon.
  • Tomato sauce 1/3 tbsp.
  • Sugar 1/4 tbsp.

Recipe:
Egg curry

  1. Heat oil in a deep cooking pot.
  2. Apply 1/4 tbsp of turmeric and salt to peeled eggs.
  3. Fry until it become golden brown color, keep them aside.
  4. Now add the onion slices, fry them in low heat.
  5. Add 1/2 tbsp of turmeric, sugar and salt.
  6. Add tomato sauce and stir them well.
  7. Add cumin powder or any sabji masala.
  8. Saute them well.
  9. Add one and half cups of warm water.
  10. Make them boil and add the fried eggs.
  11. Add split chili to the curry.
  12. All process will take 15 to 20 minutes.
  13. Turn it off and garnish the dish with fresh crunched  mixer of 4 cloves, 3 cardamom, 1 inch cinnamon.
  14. Serve it warm with chapati or steam rice.
Note:
We are using some basic ingredients in almost all the recipes. Here, we will try to mention all the benefits of each ingredient.

Pach Phoron and benefits:
