Egg fried rice |
Ingredients:
- Beautifully cooked rice 2 bowls (For fried rice,we need rice which are not overcooked ).
- Chopped mix vegetables in a equal & small size. (I am using beans, carrot, Chili, Onions, grate beetroot)
- Salt .
- Sugar.
- Oil.
- Egg one.
Recipe:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil and apply salt.
- Beat and fry the egg, make egg bhuji i:e small pieces of fried egg.
- Keep them aside.
- Now again heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the mix vegetables for 5 to 6 minutes in low heat.
- Add salt.
- Add the cooked rice gently and mix them smoothly.
- Add 1/3 sugar and salt.
- Stir them for 5 minutes and add the fried eggs.
- If all things are mashed properly, then the quick dish is ready.
- Serve it warm with tomato sauce.
