Naughty Mushroom Dry Fry - Pure vegetarian immunity boost starter - Old Indian Kitchen

How to cook Mushroom - Old Indian Kitchen.

Have you ever tried veg chicken ? are you shocked ?the dish I am going to explain can definitely replace a well established non veg items.

Ingredients :

  • Fresh Mushroom 200 grams.
  • Chopped fresh Spring onions.
  • Onions.
  • Garlic cloves 3 to 4.
  • Ginger 1/2 inch.
  • Cumin seed 1 tbsp.
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp.
  • Chili 1.
  • Cleaned raw mushroom, ready for cook

  • Butter 1 tbsp.
  • Salt.
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp.
  • Oil.

Recipe:

  1. Wash and clean the Mushrooms and cut each mushroom by half.
  2. Heat  2 tbsp of oil in cooking pan and add 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
  3. Fry the cumin seeds for 30 seconds.
  4. Now add the Mushrooms.
  5. Fry all in low heat.
  6. Add 1 tbsp of turmeric powder.

  7. Add 1 tbsp of cumin powder.
  8. Add salt as per your taste.
  9. Stir them and cover them for 5 to 7 minutes.
  10. Meanwhile, cut a few onions cubes.
  11. Fry the cubes in 1 tbsp of oil for 1 minute.

  12. Add some pieces to the mushrooms.
  13. Cover it for 2 minutes.
  14. Next add 1 handful of spring onions.

  15. Mix them well.

  16. All process will take 20 to 25 minutes.
  17. Once mushroom are cooked properly, take out all in a bowl.
  18. Heat 1 tbsp of  butter in the pan and add the chopped garlic, chili.

  19. Fry all for 1 minute and Garnish the dish with the garlic fry, chili, fried onion cubes, chopped ginger and spring onions.
  20. Serve the dish with rice-daal or as a starter.
