How do you cook fresh broccoli - Old Indian Kitchen

Today we are going to experiment a new dish named "Broccoli mayonnaise". Of course, it is not an old recipe of old Indian kitchen, but we are going to use pure Indian common spices. It is a fusion dish and it will give lots of benefits to your health & a great taste to your mouth.
Broccoli Mayonnaise |
Ingredients:
- Fresh green broccoli 1(60 grams).
- Onion 1 (cut in medium size)
- Chili 2
- Cumin seed 1 tbsp.
- Salt.
- Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp.
- Oil 1/2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
Recipe:
- Wash and cut broccoli in small pieces.
- Heat oil and add cumin seed and a little onions.
- Add the broccoli pieces and fry them in low heat.
- Add cumin powder.
- Add salt for taste.
- Cover the dish for 7 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup of warm water.
- Meanwhile saute the remaining onions in a tawa for 1 minute using 1/3 tbsp of oil.
- If the dish is almost cooked, then turn off the heat.
- Take out all in a microwave safe bowl.
- Garnish the dish with chili, fried onions and mayonnaise.
- Baked all for 4 minutes, it will dry out the water and make the dish more tasty.
