Do you love sea foods? I love sea foods so much, specially the Prawns. I prefer prawns fry than prawns gravy. So lets start and enjoy your day with this yummy starter "Prawns Dry Fry". It is quite easy delicious recipe, but if you love prawns gravy or any other prawns recipe, let me know, I am here to help you with easy recipes forever.

Prawns Dry Fry

Ingredients:

  • Medium size prawns 100 grams.
  • Onion 1
  • Chili 2
  • Carrot 1
  • Turmeric 1 tbsp
  • Salt 
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Recipe:

  1. Wash and clean the prawns.
  2. Marinate all with 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Peel one carrot and cut in a shape like  long finger chips.
  4. Cut the onions in a round cut.
  5. Now heat oil in a deep cooking pot.
  6. Simmer the gas stove.
  7. Add the prawns to fry.
  8. Fry them well and meanwhile add the carrot pieces.
  9. Mix them and fry them well.
  10. Apply a little salt for the carrot and cover them.
  11. Check once and now add the onions, chili.
  12. Cover them.
  13. Whole procedure will take 15 to 20 minutes only.
  14. Turn off the heat and serve it warm as a starter or sabji.
  15. Its a delicious easy recipe, try once.
